The Company

Planday is a web application that helps companies create employee schedules faster by taking into account employee holidays, availability, payroll costs and more.

My Role

I joined Planday to lead a focused website redesign while supporting a parallel brand identity refresh. Within a relatively tight framework, I redesigned the UX and UI for key pages (homepage, pricing, features, industries, events) and built a new design library from scratch. The project required close coordination with multiple teams and extensive cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure the site could seamlessly adapt to the new visual identity.

Outside of working on the website, I was involved in creating, developing and executing the brand identity.
